BELKIN IS RECALLING CERTAIN AFTERMARKET TUNEBASE CIGARETTE LIGHTER ADAPTERS SOLD FOR USE IN MOTOR VEHICLES. THE PRODUCTS BEING RECALLED ARE TUNEBASE FM WITH HANDS-FREE, MODEL NO. F8Z441 / F8Z441EA, TUNEBASE DIRECT WITH HANDS-FREE, MODEL NO. F8Z442 / F8Z442EA, AND TUNEBASE FM WITH CLEAR SCAN, MODEL NO. F8Z176 / F8Z176EABLK. THE PLASTIC WASHER CAN CAUSE AN ELECTRICAL SHORT CIRCUIT WHEN PLUGGED INTO A VEHICLE'S CIGARETTE LIGHTER ADAPTER.

IF THE ADAPTER IS PLUGGED IN FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME, A SHORT CIRCUIT COULD OCCUR, POSSIBLY RESULTING IN A FIRE.
