Description
Kuntry Kustom RV, LLC (Kuntry Kustom) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Rich Specialty Sanitation and Office trailers, equipped with certain GE air conditioners. The air conditioner soft start device may fail and overheat.
Injuries / Consequence
An air conditioner soft start device that overheats increases the risk of a fire.
Remedy
Dealers will remove the soft start, free of charge. As an interim measure, owners should have the ICM870-16A-BH5400 soft start removed from their air conditioner. Owner notification letters were mailed June 23, 2025. Owners may contact Kuntry Kustom customer service at 1-260-593-2208.
