DISCHARGE VALUE ASSEMBLY BOLT MAY FAIL AND JAM AGAINST A PISTON.

THIS COULD CRACK THE CYLINDER HEAD WITH A RESULTANTDISCHARGE OF HIGH PRESSURE GAS AND THE PROPELLING OF METAL FRAGMENTS THAT COULDINJURE PERSONS IN THE IMMEDIATE VICINITY.
