EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION: 25,054 AFTER MARKET ALCOA FORGED ALUMINUM LIGHT TRUCK WHEEL, SIZE 16X7J, LTS STYLE, 8 ON 6.5" BOLT CIRCLE, PART NUMBER 167011, MANUFACTURED BETWEEN 1993 AND 2000. A CRACK CAN DEVELOP IN THE WHEEL FROM HAND HOLE TO HAND HOLE.

Injuries / Consequence

FAILURE CAN RESULT IN WHEEL SEPARATION AND POSSIBLE VEHICLE CRASH.
