VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: SCHOOL BUSES EQUIPPED WITH ANCHOR SEATS. SOME OF THE SEATS WERE BUILT WITH A SEAT MOUNTING BOLT THAT FAILED DURING TESTING. THIS DOES NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS NO. 210, "SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY ANCHORAGES."
