Description

The Heil Co. (Heil) is recalling certain 2021-2022 front end loader garbage trucks. The vertical welds on the automatic front loader (AFL) arm may be missing, causing the arm to crack and fall.

Injuries / Consequence

A falling arm increases the risk of injury.

Remedy

Heil will inspect and repair or replace the AFL arm as necessary, free of charge. All affected trucks were repaired by July 28, 2023. Owners may contact Heil's customer service at 1-866-275-4345.
