Description

Firefly Integrations, LLC (Firefly) is recalling certain model G12 Multiplex Electronic Control Module (ECM) units, part number 130010113A, installed in Thor Motor Coach vehicles with a 38XL floor plan. A software error prevents the awning control from being locked in certain situations as intended.

Injuries / Consequence

Unlocked controls allow the awning to be extended while the vehicle is moving, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy

Dealers will update the ECM software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 12, 2025. Owners may contact Firefly customer service at 1-574-825-4600.
