Description
International Motors, LLC (International) is recalling certain 2026 MV vehicles. The battery interconnect cable may contact the auxiliary stud and hold down bracket, causing a short circuit.
Injuries / Consequence
A short circuit increases the risk of a fire.
Remedy
Dealers will install three wind laces on the battery hold down and add a J-bolt between each battery to ensure 3 mm of terminal clearance, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 10, 2025. Owners may contact International customer service at 1-800-448-7825. International's number for this recall is 25513.
