Description
THE FLEXIBLE HOSE CARRYING CENTRAL HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FLUID BETWEEN THE REGULATOR AND THE ACCUMULATOR COULD LEAK.
Injuries / Consequence
LEAKING FLUID COULD DEPLETE THE RESERVOIR AND CAUSE A LOSS OF POWER ASSIST TO THE STEERING AND BRAKING SYSTEMS, INCREASING THE RISK OF A CRASH.
Remedy
DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE HOSE. OWNER NOTIFICATION IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN APRIL 7, 2003. OWNERS WHO TAKE THEIR VEHICLES TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER ON AN AGREED UPON SERVICE DATE AND DO NOT RECEIVE THE FREE REMEDY WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME SHOULD CONTACT BENTLEY AT 1-800-777-6923.
