THE PRIMARY SERVICE BRAKE SYSTEM AND THE AUXILIARY BRAKE SYSTEMS ARE FED BY A SINGLE CIRCUIT WHICH MAY RENDER THE EMERGENCY BRAKE SYSTEM INOPERATIVE IF THE PRIMARY BRAKE CIRCUIT FAILS; TRUCKS DO NOT COMPLY WITH FMVSS 121.

IN THE EVENT OF A PRIMARY BRAKE CIRCUIT FAILURE, THETRUCK WOULD BE UNABLE TO USE AUXILIARY BRAKING TO STOP, WHICH COULD RESULT IN AVEHICLE CRASH.
