THE AIR LINE CONNECTIONS WERE INCORRECTLY INSTALLED ON THESE TRAILERS CAUSING THE AIR BRAKE APPLICATION AND RELEASE TIMES TO BE SLOWER THAN REQUIRED BY FMVSS NO. 121, "AIR BRAKE SYSTEMS."
