BRAKE SHOES MAY FAIL DUE TO THE USE OF UNDERSIZED RIVETS OR THE IMPROPER RIVETING IN ATTACHING THE LINING TO THE BRAKE SHOE TABLE.

Injuries / Consequence

LINING COULD CRACK, LOOSEN, CAUSING LOSS OF BRAKING POWER THAT COULD RESULT IN A VEHICLE CRASH WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING.

Remedy

REPLACE DEFECTIVE RELINED BRAKES SHOES.
