Description
INSIDE COMPONENTS OF THE VALVE FAIL TO WORK PROPERLY DUE TO INSUFFICIENT CLEARANCE BETWEEN THE ACTIVATION PIN AND BUSHING CAUSING THE VALVE TO SEIZE IN THE ACTIVATED POSITION.
Injuries / Consequence
THIS CONDITION WILL CAUSE THE TAG AXLE BRAKES TO STAY APPLIED AT ALL TIMES AND CAN RESULT IN A POSSIBLE TIRE FIRE.
Remedy
DESIGNATED SERVICE FACILITIES WILL REPLACE THE VALVES WITH NEW, UPDATED VALVES.
