Description

Marion Body Works Inc. (Marion Body Works) is recalling certain 2024 Spartan Fire Metro Star vehicles. A missing mechanical stop may allow the cab tilt cylinder to be overextended.

Injuries / Consequence

Overextension of the cab tilt cylinder can cause the cab to drop, increasing the risk of injury.

Remedy

Dealers will inspect and replace the cylinder as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 27, 2025. Owners may contact Marion Body Works customer service at 1-715-754-5261.
