TIRE DESCRIPTION: COOPER SUPER ROAD SERVICE, 7.00-15 LT/8PR TUBELESS BIAS, LOAD RANGE D, TIRES (SERIAL NUMBERS UPNVBCH019, UPNVBCH029, AND UPNVBCH039, JANUARY 3 - JANUARY 23, 1999). THESE TIRES DO NOT COMPLY WITH FMVSS NO. 119, "NEW PNEUMATIC TIRES FOR VEHICLES OTHER THAN PASSENGER CARS," DUE TO A LOAD AND INFLATION PLATE MISMATCH.
