TIRE DESCRIPTION: TIRE SIZE 9-14.5 TUBELESS LOAD RANGE F - SERIAL NOS. UPMMCCA389, UPMMCCA399, AND UPMMCCA409. THESE TIRES HAVE AN INADEQUATE INNER LINER.

Injuries / Consequence

AIR CAN PERMEATE INTO THE TIRE CARCASS AND RESULT IN SEPARATION. IF THE SEPARATION IS NOT DETECTED, CONTINUED USE COULD CAUSE THE PLY CORDS TO BREAK, THE TUBELESS LINNER TO TEAR, AND A LOSS OF AIR PRESSURE. LOSS OF AIR CAN RESULT IN LOSS OF CONTROL AND A VEHICLE CRASH.

Remedy

DEALERS WILL INSPECT THESE TIRES AND REPLACE, MOUNT, AND BALANCE THE NEW TIRE AT NO CHARGE.
