BRAKE HOSE ASSEMBLIES WITH P/N 5478 AND 5480 SHIPPED TO CUSTOMERS BETWEEN JULY 8, 2002, AND APRIL 4, 2004, FAIL TO COMPLY TO FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 106, BRAKE HOSES. THESE HOSES FAILED THE TENSILE STRENGTH TEST OF THE STANDARD. THESE HOSES CAN BE IDENTIFIED BY REFERENCE WHICH IS CH.
