Description
The recalled mini beach chair, which can be used by both children and adults, was a free gift with the purchase of a Time Out cosmetic product at Sears stores. The mini beach chairs are white aluminum with a blue canvas seat and back. The name "Time Out" is printed on the canvas backrest.
Injuries / Consequence
CPSC and Intercon are aware of one incident, in which the tip of a 3-year old girl's finger was amputated, when the chair collapsed.
Remedy
Consumer should stop using these mini beach chairs immediately and contact Intercon for a free repair.
