The Total Gym XL home exercise equipment has a double rail system that attaches to a support column at a degree of incline selected by the consumer. A glideboard slides on the rails. The consumer lies on the glideboard and, using a pulley system, pulls the glideboard from the ground to the support column with their own body weight, providing the resistance.
