Description
The "Colors of Autumn Beaded Pumpkin Tea Light Holders" are about 7 inches high and have amber-colored plastic beads covering a copper-colored metal frame. A black and copper-colored stem acts as a handle on the top of the product. The product was sold with a hang tag that contained the item number: 642146.
Injuries / Consequence
Walgreens has received three reports of the beads on these tealight candleholders catching fire. No injuries have been reported.
Remedy
