Cracked Suspension Beams May Loosen or Detach

Description

Trail King Industries, Inc. (Trail King) is recalling certain 2015-2020 TK70AACS, TK80AACS, TK85ACS, and AACS-38 trailers. The rear sliding-axle suspension beams may contact the frame reinforcement and crack, possibly resulting in the suspension beams coming loose or detaching from the frame bracket.

Injuries / Consequence

Loose or detached suspension beams can increase the risk of a crash.

Remedy

Dealers will add reinforcements between the hanger and the slide pan, and inspect and repair any cracks as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on November 12, 2021. Owners may contact Trail King's customer service at 1-800-843-3324. Trail King's number for this recall is TK202105.
