Description

Daimler Trucks North America LLC (DTNA) is recalling certain 2022 Freightliner Cascadia vehicles. The double check valve may trap air which can impair service brake function and lock the rear axle while the vehicle is in motion. A locked rear axle may cause brake components to fail or increased stopping distance.

Injuries / Consequence

Brake component failure and increased stopping distance may increase the risk of a crash.
