Description

CERTAIN VILLA AIR RIDE DRIVER SEATS BUILT SINCE JULY 2005 WITH THE V2500 OR V2000 ISS ADNIK/VILLA FRAME INSTALLED AS ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT ON CERTAIN RECREATIONAL VEHICLES. THE SIDE RAIL ON THE LOWER AIR SUSPENSION CAN FAIL TO CONFORM TO MEET THE FULL REQUIREMENT OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY NO. 207, SEATING SYSTEMS.

THE PURPOSE OF THIS STANDARD IS TO ESTABLISH REQUIREMENTS FOR SEATS, THEIR ATTACHMENT ASSEMBLIES AND THEIR INSTALLATION TO MINIMIZE THE POSSIBILITY OF THEIR FAILURE.
