Description

PACCAR Incorporated (PACCAR) is recalling certain 2023 Kenworth K270, K370, and Peterbilt 220 trucks. The driveshafts can break under certain loading conditions.

Injuries / Consequence

A broken driveshaft can separate and cause a loss of drive power, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy

Dealers will replace the driveshafts, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 16, 2023. Owners may contact Kenworth's customer service at 1-425-828-5888 and Peterbilt's customer service at 1-940-591-4220. PACCAR's numbers for this recall are 23KWG and 23PBG.
