IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY, AN EGRESS WINDOW MAY BE DIFFICULT TO OPEN AND MAY DELAY OR PREVENT AN OCCUPANT'S EGRESS, INCREASING THE RISK OF PERSONAL INJURY.
