Description

Dropcases Limited is recalling certain Lectron Vortex Tesla Supercharger (NACS) to Combined Charging System (CCS) adapters. The adapter may not securely latch to the charger.

Injuries / Consequence

An unsecured charger can be disconnected without shutting off the charger power, increasing the risk of injury from an electrical shock.

Remedy

Dropcases Limited will replace the adapter, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 23, 2024. Owners may contact Dropcases Limited customer service by email at [email protected].
