Description

THE HEX NUT WHICH SECURES THE DRIVE CHAIN SPROCKET TO THE TRANSMISSION OUTPUT SHAFT MAY BECOME LOOSE.

Injuries / Consequence

CONTINUED USE OF THE MOTORCYCLE MAY CAUSE THE NUT ANDSPROCKET TO FALL OFF RESULTING IN LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL AND AN ACCIDENT.

Remedy

DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE NUT AND WASHER AS A SET WITH A NEW NUT AND REDESIGNED WASHER.
