CONSEQUENCE OF NON-COMPLIANCE: INCOMLETE CERTIFICATION LABELS CAN RESULT IN INCOREECT TIRES BEING MOUNTED ON THE VEHICLE, AND POSSIBLE INJURY TO PERSONS ATTEMPTING TO MOUNT INCORRECT TIRES.
