REAR OF PLASTIC SHELL MAY CRACK OR SHEAR ALLOWING THE SHOULDER HARNESS TO LOOSEN AND OCCUPANT TO FALL FORWARD MORE THAN THE DISTANCE PERMITTED BY FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 213, CHILD RESTRAINT SYSTEMS.
