SEAT BUCKLE FAILED WHEN CRASH TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FMVSS # 213 IN THE FORWARD FACING RECLINING POSITION. CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: BUCKLE FAILURE COULD RESULT IN INJURY IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT.
