Description
REMOVABLE PROTECTIVE FABRIC PAD THAT IS ATTACHED TO THE FRONT TRAY SHIELD WITH VELCRO TABS MAY HAVE EXPOSED URETHANE FOAM ON THE UNDERSIDE OF THE SHIELD PAD THAT A CHILD COULD PICK AT WITH HIS OR HER FINGERS.
Injuries / Consequence
A CHILD COULD PUT SMALL PIECES OF PAD IN HIS OR HER MOUTHOR NOSE CREATING A HEALTH HAZARD.
Remedy
REPLACE CURRENT PADS WITH PADS CONTAINING 2 BUTTON FASTENERS THAT CANNOT BE REMOVED BY A CHILD; ALSO, TWEED PADS WILL BE FROM FOAM THAT IS COVERED WITH A NON-WOVEN BACKING.
