THE RETAINING SCREWS OF THE HANDLE TO THE SHELL CAN LOOSEN, ALLOWING THE HANDLE TO SEPARATE FROM THE SHELL.

Injuries / Consequence

HANDLE SEPARATION FROM THE SHELL MAY CAUSE THE INFANT TO FALL FROM THE SEAT, WHICH COULD RESULT IN AN INJURY.

Remedy
