Injuries / Consequence

IF THE CHILD PUTS THE PIN IN ITS MOUTH, THE PIN PRESENTS A CHOKING HAZARD.

Remedy

REPLACEMENT PUSH PINS OF A NEW DESIGN AND APPROPRIATE INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE SENT TO SEAT OWNERS TO REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE PUSH PINS.
