THE CHILD RESTRAINT SEATS FAIL THE RELEASE FORCE TEST REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS 213, "CHILD RESTRAINT SYSTEMS". OCCUPANTS OF UNBUCKLED CHILD RESTRAINTS ARE SUBJECT TO INCREASED RISK OF INJURY IN THE EVENT OF A SUDDEN STOP OR ACCIDENT.
