THE CHILD SAFETY SEAT DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THEREQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS 213. SEAT OCCUPANTS ARE SUBJECT TO INCREASED RISK OFINJURY IN THE EVENT OF A SUDDEN STOP OR ACCIDENT.
