THE RIBBON QUILT CHILD SEAT COVER HAS BEEN TESTED AND THE MATERIAL BURNS FASTER THAN THE RATE ESTABLISHED FOR CHILD SEAT MATERIAL. THE CHILD SEATS DO NOT COMPLY WITH FMVSS NO. 302, "FLAMMABILITY OF INTERIOR MATERIALS."
