Injuries / Consequence
BUSES WOULD NOT COMPLY WITH FMVSS 217; INCORRECT OR TOOLONG EXIT INSTRUCTIONS COULD LEAD TO CONFUSION AND FURTHER HAZARD TOPASSENGERS ATTEMPTING TO EXIT THE BUS IN AN EMERGENCY.
