THE INVOLVED BUMPER JACKS CONTAIN CHAIN AND HOOK ASSEMBLIES THAT MAY FAIL. WHILE THE JACK IS IN USE, THE STEEL METAL HOOK MAY STRAIGHTEN AND ALLOW THE BUMPER TO SLIP OFF THE HOOK AS THE AUTOMOBILE IS BEING JACKED UP.

Remedy

THE PRESENT FORMED METAL HOOK WILL BE REPLACED WITH A DUCTILE IRON CASTING HOOK.
