STRESS FATIQUE CRACKS COULD OCCUR ON THE STEP DOWN FRAME BRACKETS WHICH SUPPORT THE HORIZONTAL TOW BAR HITCH. CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: CONTINUED OPERATIONS OF VEHICLE COULD CAUSE FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF THE CRACKS. THIS CONDITION MAY RESULT IN SEPARATION OF THE TOW BAR FROM THE VEHICLE. CORRECTIVE ACTION: HAS NOT BEEN FINIALIZED AT THIS TIME.
