Description

WELDMENTS ON THE WHEEL LIFT WHICH ATTACHES THE HYDRAULIC CYLINDER TRUNNION TO THE CYLINDER MAY FAIL. DESCRIPTION OF CONSEQUENCES: FAILURE OF THE WELDMENTS ALLOWS THE TRUNNION TO SEPARATE FROM THE CYLINDER, PERMITTING THE EXTENSION ASSEMBLY OF THE WHEEL LIFT AND THE VEHICLE BEING TOWED TO DROP TO THE GROUND. THIS MAY LEAD TO AN ACCIDENT.

NEW HYDRAULIC LIFT CYLINDERS WILL REPLACE THE OLD ONE ON ALL AFFECTED WHEEL LIFTS.
