THE VEHICLE MAY BE ABLE TO EXCEED 30 MPH, AND WILL NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT BRAKING CAPACITY OR LIGHTING FOR SPEEDS OF 30 MPH AND ABOVE. BECAUSE THE VEHICLE CAN EXCEED THE SPEED REQUIREMENT, THE BRAKES HAVE NOT BEEN CERTIFIED TO MEET THE APPLICABLE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 122, "MOTORCYCLE BRAKE SYSTEMS", AND THE LIGHTS DO NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 108, "LAMPS, REFLECTIVE DEVICES AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT". IN ADDITION, THE LABEL THAT PROVIDES INFORMATION ON THE CORRECT TIRES AND WHEELS FOR USE ON THIS VEHICLE DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 120, "TIRE SELECTION AND RIMS FOR MOTOR VEHICLES OTHER THAN PASSENGER VEHICLES".
