THE HELMET FAILS TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS 218 S5.1 IMPACT ATTENTUATION, S5.2 PENETRATION, AND S5.6 LABELING. CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: THE HELMET FAILS TO MEET THE FMVSS MAY RESULT IN INJURY TO THE WEARER IN THE EVENT OF A SEVERE IMPACT.
