Injuries / Consequence

WITH THE DECREASED STRENGTH IN THE PINTLE HOOK HORN ITCOULD ALLOW SEPARATION OF THE TRACTOR AND TRAILER.

Remedy

THE PINTLE HOOK WILL BE REPLACED WITH A NEW PROPERLY HEAT TREATED AND CORRECT MATERIAL.
