THE MECHANISM WHICH LOCKS THE WHEELCHAIR LIFT PLATFORM OUTER BARRIER IN THE "UP" POSITION DURING PLATFORM LIFT AND LOWER MODES MAY MALFUNCTION. THIS CAN RESULT IN THE OUTER BARRIER COLLAPSING.
Remedy
TWO COMPONENTS OF THE BARRIER ASSEMBLY WILL BE REPLACED: 1) HYDRAULIC CYLINDER, 2) SLIDE PLATE. THIS SERVICE WILL BE DONE AT NO CHARGE.
