FONTAINE IS RECALLING CERTAIN AIR ACTUATED FIFTH WHEEL ASSEMBLIES, PART NUMBERS AA4LWO675012, AA4LWO775012, AND AA4LWO875012, SOLD AS AFTERMARKET EQUIPMENT FOR USE ON VARIOUS VEHICLES. THE MOUNTING BRACKET FOR THE FIXED END MAY NOT POSITION CORRECTLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH ENGINEERING SPECIFICATIONS.
Injuries / Consequence
IF THE MOUNTING BRACKET IS NOT POSITIONED CORRECTLY, THE TRAILER CAN SEPARATE FROM THE VEHICLE, INCREASING THE RISK OF PERSONAL INJURY OR A CRASH.
