Description

The carpet tiles are made from a blend of wool and Kenaf, measure 20 inches by 20 inches and come in colors Corazon (beige), Herz (gray), and Coeur (light gray) The tiles have, "Made in USA" embossed on the bottom of each tile.

Injuries / Consequence

FLOR has received three reports from consumers who have received a puncture, scratch or a small cut from coming into contact with needles in the carpet tiles. None of the injuries required outside medical attention.

Remedy

Consumers will receive a full refund when the tiles are returned, or free replacement tiles of an equal value. The company is directly notifying those consumers who purchased the affected tiles online or through their catalog.
