Description

CERTAIN AFTERMARKET PILOT HID CONVERSION KITS CONTAINING HID BALLASTS AND HID BULBS FAIL TO CONFORM TO FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 108, LAMPS, REFLECTIVE DEVICES, AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT.

Injuries / Consequence

THE PURPOSE OF THIS STANDARD IS TO REDUSE THE RISK OF DEATHS AND INJURIES DUE TO INADEQUATE ILLUMINATION OF THE ROADWAYS.

Remedy
