Description

CERTAIN APC HB 5 ULTRA WHITE HEADLIGHT REPLACEMENT BULBS FOR 9007 APPLICATIONS, P/N 509007UWS. THESE BULBS DO NOT PROVIDE ADEQUATE ILLUMINATION WHICH FAILS TO CONFORM TO THE VISIBILITY REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 108, LAMPS, REFLECTIVE DEVICES, AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT.

Injuries / Consequence

LACK OF VISIBILITY WHILE NIGHT DRIVING COULD RESULT IN A VEHICLE CRASH.

Remedy
