Description

CERTAIN SOARING HELMET CORPORATION MOTORCYCLE HELMETS WITH THE BRAND NAME OF NITRO NT 100, SIZES LARGE, XL, AND XXL, FAIL TO CONFORM TO THE PENETRATION REQUIREMENT OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO 218, MOTORCYCLE HELMETS.

Injuries / Consequence

IN THE EVENT OF A CRASH, THE HELMET MAY NOT PROVIDE ADEQUATE PROTECTION TO THE WEARER, POSSIBLY RESULTING IN INJURIES.
