Description
CERTAIN DROP AND STRAIGHT DECK TRAILERS FAIL TO CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 223, 'REAR IMPACT GUARDS.' THE GUARD HAS A VERTICAL HEIGHT OF 63.5MM (2 1/2 INCHES) AND SHOULD BE AT LEAST 100MM (4 INCHES).
